More to come from LoLBiS!
Stay tuned guys there is more to come, I have the lay outs for Trydamere, Nidalee, Vayne and more!
Xerath the Magus Ascendant
I can not wait to try this build when I get home!
The Build
Race: Altmer (always wear a helmet).
Standing Stone: The Shadow Stone.
Dragon Shout: Storm Call.
Major Skills: Destruction, Sneak, and Illusion.
Minor Skills: Heavy armor and Smithing.
Ok before people start screaming on Reddit that Xerath is not an elf, allow me to explain: There is no 'plasma people' race, keep your full suit of armor on 24/7, and by having the Altmer racial you now basically have blue buff to cast your spells at will. Now that we got that out of the way on to the build...
If you have not seen the skill Chain Lightening before youtube it because the range it gives you and the animation of the lightening looks exactly like Xerath's Arcanopulse. A lot of the the lightning related skills in skyrim look like Xerath spells actually, hence the motivation for this build. The basic strategy for this build is to stay hidden with sneak and illusion and use the long rang lightning destruction spells to snipe your enemies. This is exactly how you would play Xerath in League of Legends and it is no less fun in Skyrim!
Storm call allows for a whole new level of awesomeness and the shadow stone keeps you from being caught. Make sure you get quet casting on the Illusion tree ASAP this build may depend on it!
Poppy the Iron Ambassador
Call me a smurf again! I dare you
The Build
Race: Dunmer (light blue skin tone and white hair)
Standing Stone: The Steed.
Dragon Shout: Whirlwind Sprint
Major Skills: Heavy Armor, Block, One Handed and Illusion.
Minor Skills: Smithing and Enchanting.
As requested I have decided to make a full Poppy build. This idea came about when I thought about Poppy's Heroic Charge skill. The best way to replicate this skill into Skyrim is to do the following combo: Whirlwind Sprint > shield power bash. Doing this combo will allow poppy to see a target that is currently out of melee range, jump on said target and stagger said target in an instant. Poppy wields a mace in one hand and a dwarven shield in the other. Using lots of shield bashes and deadly blows from her mace she makes short work out of her foes.
Poppy wears Heavy armor but she is blessed with the power of The Steed standing stone that grants her weightless armor. This allows her to be the agile cracked out smurf she plays like in League of Legends. But what does Poppy do when she faces multiple enemies? She quickly swaps her shield hand with a calm spell. This allows Poppy to take advantage of her ultimate by only being able to take damage from one target at a time (the others are calmed) and quickly swap back to continue the mace+shield pummeling . Once you get high enough level in Illusion I believe the high level calm spells are AOE and thus act exactly like poppy's ultimate in League. Except instead of one person being allowed to damage her, nobody can.
Minor Skills: Smithing and Enchanting.

Ashe the Frost Archer.
As requested by a fellow Redditor, I have delivered. Ask and you shall receive!
The Build
Race: Bosmer (Wood Elf)
Standing Stone: The Serpent.
Dragon Shout: Ice Form, Whirlwind Sprint and Dismay.
Major Skills: Marksman, Light armor, Illusion and Alchemy
Secondary Skills: None.
Ashe is a deadly shot and so the starting 25 of marksman you get from being a Bosmer is great. Ashe may be squishy but she is not afraid to stand her ground. This is why she has been blessed in Skyrim with a new ability. Ashe will use Illusion and/or Dismay to fear her enemies. As any seasoned Ashe player knows the worst thing someone can do is run from you. This is why it is important to make tons of slow poisons until you can disenchant a frost damage enchantment and re-enchant it to your bow. Doing this should chain slow your enemies.
Ashe's ultimate is represented by either the dragon shout Ice Form or the Standing Stone 'the Serpent' which ever you prefer. For those that don't know the Serpent gives the player a 'ranged paralyzing poison' once daily. Whirlwind Sprint is the dragon shout that represents the summoner spell Flash which is always used by nearly every Ashe player. This allows her to make a quick escape or to get the final hit on a fleeing enemy that has left her marksman range. Oh and Ashe only wears fur/hide types of armor or anything that looks of the sort; robes are fine too.
To make the slow poisons you can use the following ingredients:
Burnt Spriggan WoodDB
To make the slow poisons you can use the following ingredients:
Burnt Spriggan WoodDB
Deathbell
Large Antlers
Poison BloomDG
River Betty
Salt Pile
Trama RootDBMordekaiser the Master of Metal
You only need to click once fool!
The Build
Race: Dunmer.
Standing Stone: The Lord
Dragon Shout: Marked for Death
Major Skills: Heavy armor, One Handed and Conjuration.
Minor skills: Restoration, Enchating and Smithing.
Mordekaiser would be a Dunmer because the Dumner racial looks like Mordekaiser's Creeping Death skill. Don't worry about starting with a base of 15 for practically everything you need, these skills level fast trust me. Mordekaiser Wields a mace and wears Daedric armor (or lesser heavy armor till you can craft Daedric). In the other hand Mordekaiser uses Restoration and Conjuration spells. Restoration spells so he doesn't get his tin head kicked in, and Conjuration spells for the following combo: Marked for Death > soul trap > mace to the face > Raise Zombie. This combo is Mordekaiser's ultimate, both the first half and the second half. It allows Mordekaiser to enlsave the souls of his prey for a short period of time. It is also advised to use an absorb health enchantment on the mace for both better efficiency and the cool effect of Mordekaiser slowly sucking the life from his enemy.
Don't worry too much about putting a lot of points into magicka and stamina, maybe one of every three health should be magicka. If you need more stamina chug some vegetable soup. Who says the master of metal doesn't like soup?
Brand/Annie Twin Flames
This build was a blast and is currently the LoL inspired build I am furthest along with in Skyrim.
The Build
Race: Dark Elf (Dunmer) for Brand and High Elf(Altmer) for Annie
Standing Stone: Any.
Dragon Shout: Fire Breath.
Major Skills: Destruction, Restoration, Conjuration.
Minor Skills: Enchanting.
I personally did not go with Heavy Armor, Light armor or Alteration because Annie and Brand are squishy and having this would ruin it for me. First thing is first though. If you are going to make a mage do not stack magic regen because magic, health and stamina are not effected by regen during combat. Instead of stacking regeneration, stack fortify Destruction and fortify Conjuration (the enchantments that make Destruction and Conjuration cost less mana). If you get 100% fortify Destruction, then Destruction spells will cost 0 magicka and you can roast noobs for free.
I chose Dunmer for Brand because you get the Ancestor's Wrath racial so that for 60 seconds of the day you can be on fire. Looks a bit like a sunfire cape. Although I don't know any Brand players that build sunfire capes but i digress. I chose Altmer for Annie because she is a white girl and the Altmer racial is like Annie with blue buff (OMGWTF RAPE). Start the game using flames to burn stuff to death quick and make sure you loot the bodies. If you are playing Annie, sell the stuff you find at the Riverwood trader and pick up Raise Zombie. Go kill a bear and resurrect it with Raise Zombie and you now have Tibbers to follow you around!
Once you get to Whiterun pickup Conjure Flame Atronach and Fire Bolt. Blitz through the first main quest missions with your awesome flame related spells until you get Unrelenting Force. Then head over to Sunderstone Gorge near Falkreath and get your Fire Breath shout (then kill a dragon to unlock it). This shout is very much like Annie's Incinerate skill and is not something you would be surprised to see coming from Brand's mouth. If you haven't seen this shout, picture Unrelenting Force but with fire. Later if you want to do the "A Scroll for Anska" quest you will be rewarded with the ability to summon Flaming Familures (wolves made of flames) that run into the enemy and explode in a ball of fire. This is will be your new Tibbers when you get tired of the rotten bear flesh smell. Eventually get fire storm and if you are liking the Flame Atronachs get the level 100 perk on the Conjuration tree. This allows you to have two permanent Flame Atronachs!

Overall
This build is extremely fun and makes you feel like a bad ass pyro. Yes without armor you do feel squishy and will die to two hits on Master difficulty but this is realistic because a good Annie or Brand will let their team mates tank for them while they lay down a mess of flames.Master Yi the Wuju Bladesman
Ok maybe I am really just psyched about this build because it is my first go at using a two-handed weapon in skyrim. Never the less, this build is as much fun as running a killing spree in LoL with the dunk master himself.

Standing Stone: The Warrior Stone.
Major skills: Two-Handed, Light armor, and Smithing.
Minor skills: Enchanting.
You want to pick Argonian here because of Master Yi's Meditate (which basically rapidly healed him) as the Argonian racial Histskin is very similar to this. Histskin makes this build feel very much like playing Master Yi. On top of this if you use the 360 version of Skyrim, after every use of Histskin you can bring up the prompt to sleep 24 hours and hit ok and hit the xbox button. This glitch allows for you to sleep 24 hours in less than 10 real life seconds (it speeds up the counter some how). I know Argonians only start with 15 two-handed skill. But I played him on master and got my two-handed to level 26 half way through Bleak Falls Barrow so don't sweat the small stuff.
The weapon of choice for this build is the greatsword. Get your first perk in steel smithing and craft your self one right away. Or you could just wait to use the Ancient Nord Greatswords that the Drauger drop in BleakFalls Barrow. The next order of business is to get Unrelenting force quick so that you can hop right over to Solitute. From Solitude walk west to Mount Kilreath. There you will find the statue of Meridia. Go directly North East to find your unguarded prize! The word wall for Elemental Fury (this almost doubles your attack speed for a short time at rank 3). This is Master Yi's Phantom Dancer. Use it to dunk foes into Oblivion with your insane attack speed.
Use light armor to move really fast like Master Yi! EVERY level should go into health because vegetable soup can be consumed if you find your self NEEDING stamina which I did not.

Overall
After I left the Helgen Keep dungeons/caves and did my thing in RiverWood (crafted a nice steel greatsword and a full suit of leather armor). I ran into the Companions that are killing a giant near one of the farms in front of Whiterun. I saved the game and decided to put Master Yi to the test. On master difficulty I killed (incapacitated because they are they cant actually 'die') all the companions there 3v1. I did have to use Histksin here but it just furthered the immersion of playing this bad ass champion. Have fun dunking :)
